Free Samples Delivered to Your Door

Choosing the right tile is much easier when you can see it in your own space.

While our website photography gives you a great idea of how our tiles look, the colours, textures and finishes can feel very different in person. That's why The Tile Craft offers free samples across our entire tile collection, allowing you to see and feel the quality before committing to your full order.

Simply choose your samples online and we'll send them directly to your door, usually within three working days.

Free Samples

You can order up to four free tile cut samples per order. The size and format of your sample will depend on the tile you've selected:

Smaller wall tiles
For wall tiles up to 30cm in length, we'll generally send you a complete tile so you can properly appreciate the colour, finish and texture.

Larger floor tiles
For larger tiles, we'll provide a representative cut sample, approximately 10 × 15cm.

This gives you a convenient way to compare different styles, colours and finishes before making your final decision.

Need a Bigger Sample?

Full Size Tile Samples

For selected larger floor tiles, you can choose a larger full size sample to give you an even better impression of how the tile will look and feel.

Our full size samples are approximately 20 × 30cm, around the size of an A4 sheet of paper.

Large samples are available on selected floor tiles measuring 30 × 60cm and above.

You can order up to four free full size samples per order.

You can also combine your large samples with up to four standard free samples in the same order.

How to Order Your Free Samples

Ordering a sample couldn't be easier.

1. Find a tile you're interested in.

2. Select "Free Sample" on the product page.

3. Continue to checkout when you've chosen your samples.

4. Enter your delivery and contact details.

5. Place your order.

You can select up to four free samples.

How to Order a Full Size Sample

If you'd prefer to see a larger section of your chosen tile:

1. Select "Full Size Sample" on the relevant product page.

2. Add up to four large samples to your basket.

3. Continue to checkout.

4. Complete your delivery details and make the payment per large sample.

Large samples can be ordered alongside up to four of our standard free samples, giving you the flexibility to compare different tiles and sample sizes in one order.

Make the Most of Your Samples

Once your samples arrive, don't just look at them on the website, take them into the room where they'll be used.

Move them around throughout the day and see how they look under natural and artificial light. Try placing them alongside your kitchen units, worktops, bathroom fittings, furniture or other materials to see how everything works together.

It's also worth looking at the texture and finish up close. Run your hand over the surface and consider how the tile will work with the rest of your space.

Taking a little time with your samples can make choosing your final tiles much easier.
